ABOUT RESEARCH PARTICIPATION

As you may already know, stents are commonly used to improve blood flow in the legs and feet. This research study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a particular stent called the PROTÉGÉ® EverFlex™ Stent System combined with balloon angioplasty as compared to balloon angioplasty alone to improve blood flow in the leg.

Screening for eligibility will begin up to 45 days before the stent procedure. Follow-up evaluations are scheduled at 30 days, 6 months, 1, 2, and 3 years after the procedure.
